- Starting price: 1.8 million TL
- Down payment: 10%
- Installments: 240 months
- Monthly payments: 7,313 TL (Istanbul), 6,750 TL (other provinces)

- Applications: Nov 10 – Dec 19, 2025
- Construction starts: November 2025
- First draws: December 2025

🏠 Rental Housing Component
- 15,000 units designated as social rental housing, priced at half the market rate.
