An Environmental Impact Assessment decision has been issued for the Tourism Accommodation Facility (188-Room Capacity Hotel) project planned by Avcılar İnşaat Gayrimenkul Geliştirme Yatırım A.Ş. on a 7,443 m² plot of land located on Block 2925 of the Türkmen Neighborhood in Kuşadası district, Aydın province.
The facility, planned as a 5-star hotel, will have a total of 188 rooms with a total bed capacity of 376. The project also includes a shelter on the 3rd basement floor, a pool, a restaurant, a gym, a breakfast room, a multi-purpose hall, a lobby bar, a meeting room, a conference hall, and a business centre. The project also includes tourism facilities, summer residences, and the Kuşadası Marina in the surrounding area.
