Method
1-Wash Chicken Well.
2-Add Vegetable salt.
3-Heat Oil.
4-Dip Chicken In Eggs Mix, then Flour.
5-Toss , Sideways till Absorb Enough Flour.
6-Fry it, till light Golden and Crispy.
7-Meanwhile >Prepare, Lettuce, Cabbage, Carrot, Pepper, Cucumber,
Carrot, Spring Onions.
8-Add Dressing: Lemon, Vinegar and Olive Oil.
9-Add Chicken Drumstick.
10-Add Pealed Orange and Garnish with Dry Mint.
