Ingredients
Serves: 4
1 crisp lettuce
200g shelled prawns
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Sauce:100g mayonnaise
20g tomato ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcester sauce (to taste)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Garnish:1 lemon
4 whole prawns
1 teaspoon paprika
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins
Cut up the lettuce into small pieces and place in four bowls or small plates.
Season the shelled prawns with salt and pepper and place on the bed of lettuce.
Drizzle two tablespoons of lemon juice over the prawns and lettuce.
For the sauce: Mix together the mayonnaise, the tomato ketchup, the Worcester sauce and the remaining lemon juice. Add more tomato ketchup and Worcester sauce to taste. Pour the sauce over the prawns.
Cut the lemon into 4 segments and use to garnish the dish. Place 1 whole prawn on top of each dish. Sprinkle a small amount of paprika to finish.
