The service for preparing lease agreements via the e-Government Gateway has been made available to citizens as of today.
Treasury and Finance Minister Mehmet Şimşek announced that the work regarding the lease agreements to be made through the e-Government Gateway has been completed.
The first phase of the service in question has started to be implemented as of today.
In the first stage, e-Government users over the age of 18 can benefit from the application.
In the first part of the service, the contract prepared by the real persons who own the real estate via the e-Government Gateway “Lease Agreement Transactions” is approved by the tenant via the e-Government Gateway.
Additionally, real estate owned by up to 10 shareholders can also be rented through this service.
For lease agreements created through the service, a time-stamped “barcoded document” can be created and document verification can be performed via the e-Government Gateway.
The second phase is at the end of the year
The second phase of the service will be available by the end of the year. In the continuation of the regulation, real estate consultants and authorized persons will be involved in the process with the role of preparing contracts and presenting them to the parties (property owner and tenant) for approval.
The study on the regulation of contracts via e-Government was initiated upon the demands of citizens regarding the resolution of disputes in this direction. The aim of the service in question is to relieve consumers from the burden of sending their rental contracts to institutions. It is also planned to provide data for the creation of the Türkiye Real Estate Value Map through contracts.
Minister Şimşek stated that this service would benefit all segments of society and that contracts could be concluded quickly, easily and reliably. Source: https://www.aa.com.tr/
