By our very nature. As humans, most of us enjoy being socially interactive. Don’t put off that get together with your friends. Go out and have fun. There is always another day to get those tasks done around the house. As a result of this one interaction, many find that stress levels are decreased.
It costs us nothing to smile and laugh and we get the added benefit of reducing tension.
