The Provincial Police Department announced the traffic measures to be taken due to President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s visit to Aydın on Saturday.
In the statement made on the subject, “Our President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and his delegation will visit our city on Saturday, 04.02.2023 to hold various contacts.
Within the framework of the traffic measures to be taken in this regard, connected to the meeting area to be held in Atatürk City Square; Government Boulevard, Genç Caddesi, İstasyon Boulevard, Cumhuriyet Caddesi, İstiklal Caddesi, Türkocağı Caddesi, between Kuva-yi Milliye Junction and Kipa Junction, between Kıbrıs Street and Kent Square, will be closed to vehicle traffic as of 08:00 until the open-air meeting ends.
The side streets and intersections on Bayrak Street, Atatürk Boulevard, Batı Gazi Boulevard, Ramazanpaşa Junction, Muğla Boulevard, Denizli Boulevard, İzmir Boulevard will also be closed to vehicle traffic until the transition is completed.
It is considered that it would be appropriate for the drivers who will be on the road to use public transportation so that our citizens are not victims.
