One of Turkey’s most important, popular tourist locations, Kuşadası, welcomed the year 2025 with a street party organized by Kuşadası Municipality.
On New years Eve night, DJs’ Emre Öztürk, Optical and Ünsal Alçin gave magnificent stage performances which Kuşadası residents thoroughly enjoyed.
The location for the New Year’s celebrations in Kuşadası was the coastline/promenade area.
Starting at 19:00, thousands of Kuşadası residents and tourists flocked to the area where
the stage set up on Atatürk Boulevard was located to welcome the year 2025. Everyone enjoyed the atmosphere and lots of enthusiasm was displayed by all who attended.
Kuşadası Mayor Ömer Günel also attended the events with his family and celebrated the new year with his fellow citizens.

Stating that Kuşadası Municipality will continue to be by its citizens in the new year, Mayor Ömer Günel said, “First of all, I wish that 2025 will be a year when the economic difficulties all over Turkey ease even a little. We will continue to produce uninterrupted service in our city. We will stand shoulder to shoulder with our citizens in the new year and increase our social aid as much as possible. The new year means a new service period for us. I wish a happy new year to all the people of Kuşadası.”
During the new year celebrations in the city, Kuşadası Municipality organized many fun activities for children.

ası Municipality hosted different free of charge magic and circus shows every day with colorful costumes being worn by all actors at İsmail Cem Friendship and Peace Square.
The Square was decorated with colorful lights and very large ornaments to help everyone experience and sh
are the excitement of Christmas and the New Year.
The little ones had fun with their peers and parents at the free events, which also included, face painting workshops, while DJ and live music performances were staged for the adults.
A Christmas market area was set up on the Promenade consisting of stalls selling souvenir products food and beverages. A winter wonderland was truly experienced here thanks to the artificial snow falling which everyone enjoyed.
