Kuşadası Municipality has started renovation work at Balıkçılar Kahvesi. The historical facility will be brought to the city by ARYA A.Ş. with the work reported to be completed in a short time.
The legal obstacle in front of Kuşadası Fishermen’s Cafe has been lifted. The 13th Chamber of the Council of State had ruled in recent months that SS Fisheries Cooperative had no rights over the property, and the legal process had become clear. Following the decision, Kuşadası Municipality Teams took action to renovate the Fishermen’s Cafe upon the instructions of Mayor Ömer Günel.
It will be put into service with its modern face
In this context, the expert team that was agreed upon for the demolition to be carried out in the area has started its work. The renovation project, which will be carried out with great care so that the shopkeepers on the lower floor do not suffer the slightest damage, will be completed in a short time. Thus, Balıkçılar Kahvesi, one of the symbolic places of Kuşadası, will enter the service of Kuşadası residents as a brand-new business with its modern face under ARYA A.Ş.

Kuşadası Mayor Ömer Günel stated that they will bring a modern fishermen’s cafe to the city soon, and said, “One of the symbols of Kuşadası, the Fishermen’s Cafe will soon start operating under Arya A.Ş. with its new modern structure and service approach.
